Locations and Pricing
Solum Life Therapy is a multi-state practice that offers in-person therapy and online therapy services. Our therapists are licensed in Colorado, California, and Utah. Therapy sessions are held over Google Meet, a HIPAA compliant platform, or in-person in Durango, CO.
Solum Life Therapy sits on the traditional lands of the Diné Bikéyah (Navajo), Núu-agha-tʉvʉ-pʉ̱ (Ute), and Pueblos people, both past and present.
We recognize the enduring harm of colonization and commit to fostering healing and reconciliation. We honor the resilience and wisdom of Indigenous peoples and support efforts towards sovereignty, land stewardship, and cultural revitalization.

In-Network Insurance
We accept Aetna, Optum, and UnitedHealth. You will receive an estimate of how much you can expect to pay for each session. It is a good practice for you to verify your insurance before starting therapy. The estimate provided to you is not a guarantee of coverage or cost.
The availability of insurance covered individual therapy sessions is limited. Please contact us to see if there are openings or to join our waitlist.
Out-Of-Network Insurance
Using your Out-Of-Network (OON) benefits means you will pay the cash rate after your appointment and then be reimbursed by your insurance company. We are partnered with Thrizer who processes OON benefits on your behalf for free. This method simplifies the process for you and reduces wait times for your reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or a picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
